I leave Friday morning for vacation and will be gone for 9 days. I am defiantly a "bro split" guy, but I will be doing full body workouts while on vacation at least 5 of the 9 days. I am going to treat it as kind of an active recovery/de-load time. We always walk a ton on vacation so I probably wont do any cardio. Now if I can keep my diet even a little in check I will be happy.
