Meniscus tear has pretty much sidelined the exercise plan. Aug 1 I find out how bad it is. Not as bad as the last time, but over stressing it, kneeling, or anything other that straight line walking can get exciting.

Every day you see it on the news. Another felons life needlessly spared by inaccurate fire.

7 mile (well, 6.76) mile hike at Hawk Mountain yesterday with a 50lb pack. Deadlifts and bench press on Saturday, rest on Friday, and ran on Thursday (4 miles at 8:53/mi).

Still at it!

With vacation and home to-do-list dropped off a few weeks; however, back to the routing next week. Funny thing I lost 4 pounds while I was not working out....?
