Workout Playlist?

What are 3-4 songs from your work out playlist that really get you pumped up?

Don't know the names of the songs offhand, but I set up a playlist that includes alot of White Zombie...

When was the last time you heard somebody say "Go ahead, it's a free country"?

I listen to Sturgill Simpson, Buck Owens, and Waylon

Re: Workout Playlist?

Just about every 6-7 songs on my ipod is an AC/DC song. the rest is a mix of classic rock and some newer stuff that isn't too bad.

Re: Workout Playlist?

My playlist consists solely of the clanging of iron, heavy breathing and the odd grunt here and there.

I love music, but I really don't enjoy it when I'm working out....be that cardio, lifting or riding.

You really under estimated the ramifications of the boondoggle you have just perpetrated!

Oh yes indeed, I like music with wine, when reloading or when relaxing in general. But when working out give me the clang of iron on iron the boom of some heavy stuff hitting the floor and the occasional groan of testosterone driven extra effort. Boooh-yah.

I listen to a lot of 90's metal while lifting.......mostly Pantera

Re: Workout Playlist?

Running or on the bike trainer, I'll listen to the radio. Typically it's classic rock. Lifting - whatever the gym radio has on. If a couple of jackwagons are competing on the speedbag, I'll put in earbuds and whatever's playing on my Iphone. To me, the speedbag is obnoxious to lift to. Probably good exercise but I'd rather see it relocated somewhere else.
