Water is good for you since we are over 60% water and water also helps control body heat, heart rate and blood pressure but I push myself to drink 40 oz of straight water over the day.
I also drink a lot of coffee, iced tea and try to eat fruit like oranges, watermelon and grapes.
Tap, well or bottled water tastes the same to me.
