Comparing T25 to Insanity

Just started up Insanity again with my wife this past week. Starting to get over the "painful" period...

Has anyone done both T25 and Insanity? How rough is T25 compared to Insanity? I imagine some new moves mixed in with some old and less breaks/no breaks to get the time down to 25 minutes.

Finding it tough getting the 38-45 min workouts in now and it only gets longer in month 2.

I haven't done either, but I'm interested in what you find out.

You really under estimated the ramifications of the boondoggle you have just perpetrated!

My wife does T25. She's a long distance runner and does other strengthening workouts. I would classify her as being very physically fit, and T25 kicks her butt.

Thanks for the reply.

Well, looks like I better make it through Insanity again before I try T25.

Re: Comparing T25 to Insanity

From the description, it sounds like everyday is like the "Pure Cardio" CD in Insanity. After a 10 min. non-stop warm-up that kicks your butt and 6 min. of stretching, it is 17 min. plus of high intensity cardio. Was my first day of it in this cycle yesterday and it kicked my butt. I had to slow way down a couple times due to my heart rate getting too high.
