Homemade brass tumbler

Anyone have any plans they've used to make a homemade brass tumbler?

You just shot an unarmed man. Well he should have armed himself!!! Clint Eastwood.

Ha, the first thing I thought of was my old "homemade brass tumbler". It was using a household bucket, poured in some vinegar and salt, mixed the contents up, and let the brass rest in the liquid.

You must be looking for one with a motor.

Re: Homemade brass tumbler

read somewhere online that you can put them in a pillow case with your median and put in the in the dryer on no heat. Guy claims that's how he always cleans his brass.

If an inline is just like a flintlock why don't you get a flintlock so you can hunt more seasons?

Re: Homemade brass tumbler

Yeah, I'm fairly certain I don't want all of the lead dust and primer dust on my clothes and stuff all the time.

I use the dual harbor freight rock tumbler with stainless steel pins and it does a great job.

I've been thinking about building a bigger one that would use a 1725 motor, some rollers and a old pretzel container but really haven't had the need to do it yet.

It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God that such men lived.
