QDMAforums.com

Anyone belong to this site. I just wasted 5 minutes trying to register only to be denied access because I didn't know the answer to a stupid trivia question. I can't be the first person this has happened to. I don't know why but it made me irate.

I hope they go out of business!

Re: QDMAforums.com

I have been on there about 5 years and use to like it alot more than I do now...my guess as a site owner is they are trying to eliminate spammers ,etc..but there are more member friendly ways to do it. It just takes some time and alot of great help (like we have here at HPA).

I signed in 5 years ago or so, so I am not familiar with the procedure you mention.

Truthfully you can get about all you need out of that site by just reading it...if you post something and your ID is not one of a select few over there resposnes will be limited. Some good folks there, but I have not found one thing I would rather ask there, then ask here to the habitat gang. And i say that as a land manager, not a website one.

Running a site is not easy, but you certainly can tell the ones that are run for the benefit of the members , and not for the ease of the admin.

Re: QDMAforums.com

i am a member there, but have not been there in a long while. Longtime member.

RB is right in the sense that you do get some very good info here, and none of the clique.

Michigan Sportsman is very good as well, but, have not been there much either.

Guess HPA is just head and shoulders above the rest!

Re: QDMAforums.com

The Habitat Forum there is pretty good. There is a great post about hinge cutting.
I answered "gland" twice before I added tarsal! LOL.

It's breeding,training...and something unknown.
