went to springs festival near Salisbury this w/e..

nice little gig they got going out there. love the format...with some of the vendor tents IN the woods on a well maintained trail, it was nice. food was great, and alot of "how it's done" demonstrations. I particularly liked the smell in the maple cooking building...i would buy candles that smell like that if offered. walked out with a full belly, some honey in the comb (nice dark honey too), some maple leaf candies, syrup and I REALLY wanted a knife from a custom knife maker up there, but could not part with the cash right now. Got some phone numbers for leather workers in the area too, i need/want a new holster for my new toy (colt buntline 22)

I live a few hundred yards from there. My wife worked in the church serving meals on Saturday. She is Redneck Huntress on here. Small world isn't it.
