Benefits of reloading

I recently just got into reloading ammo. When I was mulling over buying the equipment I figured it was something to keep me busy an evening or two a week. I never thought there would be addition benefits other then the enjoyment of building a load to suit your weapon. Today I went to the range to try out a few loads and was able to convince my daughter to come along. I had loaded a few lighter recoil rounds for her. Up to today she had only shot a BB gun at camp. Here is a picture of her and my youngest son at the range. I might never convince her to go hunting but she had a ball at the range despite cold and windy conditions. I anticipate a few more trips with her to the range.

That, my friend, is what its all about ! If she really likes to shoot that new bench of yours is not going to have a cold seat ! Good show !

My daughter is 10 years old, and I can't go with out her. At least that is what she told me.

Re: Benefits of reloading

She needs one or 2 of those foam hunting seats to give a bit of a higher, and warmer seat. Will make it more comfortable the next time.

That is SO cool to see her shooting!

Re: Benefits of reloading

Buy a special gun.One just for her.You will see her perk up even more.Ask what she wants to shoot.Let her make the decision.I think this is super cool by the way.
