Lee Classic Reloading Kit

Does anyone use this kit? Pros or cons. I know it is very entry level but will it get the job done and done well? I do not plan on reloading a ton of bullets each year. Thanks for your help. Triple B.

I know of a few people that use them, and they will get the job done. I would upgrade to a better scale though. The one that comes with it is garbage.

I second a better scale, but other than that, Lee stuff is fine and a good deal cheaper than the blue, orange, green or the other red reloaders.

Re: Lee Classic Reloading Kit

I have this reloader and would recommend getting a digital scale i wouldn't say the scale is garbage, i just prefer the easier read our of the digital scales, once you know how to get the scale set up that comes with right it seems to be pretty accurate

The scale does work. I've used them. If you didn't know any better it would be OK. I know better so I refuse to use one.

I think you and i have the same point of view on this subject i' just simply saying the OP wouldn't have to run out immediately for a new scale, unless of course he has the funds then he probably should

ha just got done reloading 50 .303brit and 50 6.5x55swede with mine. pros: cheap, easy, cons: scale. i can deal with the scale i only use it for my .243. i use dippers for the others. however i wouldnt mind getting a new scale.

Re: Lee Classic Reloading Kit

i have it, it does the job at a fraction of the cost.

scale works, but there are a lot more easier ones to get.

I have an RCBS scale 5-0-5 i think? or something like that

i use that to double check my digital scale.

the rcbs is much easier to use and read
