Hornady reloading manual

I left my Hornady manual up at my camp last week and need some info. Anyone who has one and would be willing to help, I would really appreciate it. I am looking for the .243 Winchester info with 100 grain bullets. I am sure they list the casing as Winchester and the primer as Federal 210. But I need the starting and the max load data for Reloder 19 powder, and the corresponding velocities as well. If you could post the pic of the page, that would be great. Thanks in advance if anyone has it.

Thank you. I usually shoot 43 grains and I thought 44 was max but didn't want to go just off my failing memory. I'm working up loads for my upcoming antelope hunt. I will be shooting 100 grain Winchester Power Points, Hornady Interlock BTSP and Nosler Partitions. Whichever one gives me the tightest group at 200 yards will be the winner.
