Take a look at the Hodgen site. They list plenty of loads for the powders you have.

Also I have found this WB556MC55 bullet is can be loaded down with 748 power to 2,000 FPS for a good turkey and pelt load...any thought, information, or reference to printed data for same?

Can you use a FMJ bullet for hunting in PA?

The 55 grain bullet will shoot fine out of a 1 in 9 twist barrel. The problem is that most FMJ bullets designed to military specs are not as accurate as those sold as hunting bullets.

In my hunting loads (Coyote), I use CFE 223, H335, or BLC-2 with 55gr for my 16" 1x9 twist .

I like stick powders for my 20" 1x7 twist. Varget and 4895 for a 77 gr SMK and 75 Hornady BTHP .

Try around 26.0 with your 4895, that works decent for me but that is with the H version NOT the IMR, although they are very close.

I don't know about all game, but a FMJ is legal for turkey. Not for deer. I've shot turkey with my .223 bolt action using FMJ's loaded down. Does an excellent job. Fast kill and no meat damage.
