Lee reloading manual question

When loading utilizing the Lee reloading manual, I'm struggling with what type of bullet the Nosler partition falls under. Is it a jacketed bullet or solid bullet?

Also, if adding another manual, (Lee second edition is what i have) what would be a suggestion? Im going to use Vihnatouri for 7mm rem mag, also use some Ram for pistol and Alliant.

Partitions are jacketed with a lead core. Get a book for the bullets you are using. If you are using partitions then get a nosler book, hornady bullets then a hornady book, etc.

Stand up and be counted, join an outdoor sports organization
