Large Rifle Primer &150 Gr. Bullet ?

# 1 How much power would a Large rifle primer have in a 308 case ? How far would it move the bullet with no powder ?
# 2 When the primer goes off does the powder in a loaded case actually move forward to the rear of a bullet [ from the primer blast ] before igniting?

Primers in modern cartridges do not contain gun powder per se, but an explosive mixture of chemicals that If I did know their name, I couldn't pronounce them anyway. I have no idea what the charge equivalent of a primer would be. Good chance bullet will get stuck in the barrel with a primer only squib load.
