Load for 22-250

Got my Sightron 6X24X42 scope mounted on my Kimber 84M 22-250 and I am looking to start some test loads. Looking for recommendations on proven power /loads to work up to.

Have bullets:
Nosler 55 gr. Blistic Tip
Horlady GRV-vax 60 gr,
Sierra 55 gr. Blitzking
Winchester 55 gr. FMJBT.

Plan to hunt some ground hogs, coyotes, and range shooting.

I use Hornady 55 gr with cannelure over 34 grains of 3031 with WW primers. My buddy loves these and my Model 788 will print them as good as I can shoot.

I also use the 55 gr. Hornady V-Max, but if that's not available, try one of your other 55 gr. bullets with 38.0 grains of Ramshot Big Game. That load puts 4 shots into one ragged hole (.283") at 100 yards out of my rifle at 3,801 fps.

I use 34.7 grains of 4320 behind 55 gr Nosler Varmegeddon. I can consistently do 5 shot 1" groups at 200 yds with my Tikka. The loads run around 3650 fps.

My Howa 22-250 has a 1 in 12 twist. I shoot a 60gr Sierra HP set 0.005 off of the lands pushed by 38.5gr of H4350. I'm getting sub 1/2" groups at 100 yards. To be honest, I could probably dial it down even further but I ran out of time when I was developing the load.

Sako forester l579 bolt bull barrel

I have a SAKO FORESTER L579 BOLT BULL BARREL (23inch) 22-250 1-10" twist. I bought for about $165 in the early 70's.

55gr Sierra spitzer with 35gr IMR 4895 is a tack driver. I'm surprised that IMR 4895 has not been mention for this caliber as it was very popular when I first developed this load.
