RCBS 1500 combo?

It wont turn on, it won't do anything. I checked the power all ok. Any suggestion? 1 1/2 years old, used it 4 or 5 times, work good. I went to use it and nothing.

Re: RCBS 1500 combo?

I would contact RCBS, I have owned this same set up for over 2 years with no complaints.
Concerns I have had in the past with RCBS have always been resolved to my satisfaction in a timely fashion.

Keep us up dated, in the past RCBS has been a good company to deal with, but things change. Hope they resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Instead of emailing I would dial the toll free number.

Re: RCBS 1500 combo? Update

I got a email today from Technical Services/cm
ATK/RCBS Operation
It said, Hi, sending new transformer let us know if this does not help

I'm happy with the reply, It looks as if they are trying to help me.

RCBS has always made me happy when I needed something. They really truly do care about customer service. I recon they'll take care of you too!

You really under estimated the ramifications of the boondoggle you have just perpetrated!

Re: RCBS 1500 combo? Update

I got the transformer from RCBS and it was damaged, so I emailed them and they said we will send you another. The wire that goes to the unit out the bottom was bent so much that I could see the copper. This will make me 3.
