Getting back into reloading.

I am thinking of getting back into reloading but do not have a work bench any longer. Is there anything portable that can be used as a reloading bench these days?

Re: Getting back into reloading.

Scroll down to page 2 on this link and get yourself his table top reloading stand...I promise you will not regret it. I've had a Rockchucker mounted on one for years and it works....

Not sure whose tabletop you are talking about. What is the title of the thread or the poster's name?

Something like this might work good, I have thought about getting on for my shotgun operation that I rarely use....

Re: Getting back into reloading.

The link is to the Woodchuck Den's catalog which sets forth his item, which is called a "Table Top Reloading Stand" and is discussed on Page 2 of his catalog which is where the link takes you....

You don't need a bench to use his stand....it sits on top of any table you choose to place it on....

There is no thread or poster's name associated with his catalog....

If you want to build your own, here's plans for one of the best:

Re: Getting back into reloading.

Would something portable like the Black&Decker Workmate possibly work?

Re: Getting back into reloading.

I built mine out of 2x6's, 2x4's and 4x4 legs, all straight cuts, very easy to do.
