Am I reading this correctl...last day is on a Monday Nov. 12th? Is it always like this, or is this something new? I thought it usually ended on a Saturday.

From the book: DEER, ARCHERY (Antlered and Antlerless) Statewide: Sept. 29-Nov. 12 and Dec. 26-Jan. 12. One antlered deer per hunting license year. One antlerless deer with each required antlerless license.

You are correct, the last day is a Monday, and yes, this is the first year for it.
