Waited till the last minute to get my stuff ready and organized. Picked up my favorite trout rod last evening only to find the tip broken off. It must have been cracked previously, because it was just hanging there off the end, and nobody else has been near it. Oh well, spooled up a spare and I'll have to ship it back to Fenwick this week. Just isn't gonna be the same.....

I went delayed harvest on Tuesday only to find my wadding boots and soles no longer wanted to be together. Luckily, I went out early, if not I would have discovered this stream side today.
