I've had nothing but good fortune using Cabelas and Hodgeman breathable waders..($150 price range).

Chota wading boots ($60 range) are my choice as well.

Besides a couple of pinhole leaks - easily fixed with duct tape on the inside of the waders - no rips, tears or leaks.

Simms would have to attach 4 wheels for me to spend the outrageous kind of money they are asking. (and no - I don't need a ZIPPER either !!!)..

I've used Simms waders for the past 20 years, and maybe more. After going through probably a dozen pair during that time, I can tell you that they don't last any longer than the less expensive ones.

However, they do seem to fit better than many others (at least for me), they are pretty comfortable to wear, and they are real chick magnets. So, over the long haul, they are cheaper than buying drinks for girls you meet in the bar on a Friday night.
