I was wanting to get some more 30-06 ammo to practice with. For hunting I use remington core-loc 150 grains. I don't reload yet but was wondering if there was somewhere to by ammo in bulk and save money. For example I can buy several hundred rounds of 5.56 fairly reasonable from brownells but haven't been able to find 30-06, anyone know of any retailers or do I need to look into reloading? Appreciate any input or help, thanks.

CMP currently has 30-06 Greek milsurp FMJ ammo, if not mistaken? Sometimes they have other lots, including that which was intended for MG use, typically still in the metal links.

CMP has 147 grain M2 ball ammo (Greek) for 98.00 per 200 rounds. Good stuff. I use it in my M1 Garands.
