look at a Moose plow with the RM4 quick detach,that is what I have and it is great. Only takes about 30 seconds to hook up

i also have the Moose Plow with the quick detach. it works great for my rhino

I've heard different machines will bind thier transmissions and not be able to get out of the forward gear when pushing snow against a large pile . Any of you guys ever experience this problem ?

No, I haven't. Usually pushing snow is a lot easier on the quad than, let's say, mudding. When plowing it's usually slippery enought to not bind anything.
