Would you support Sunday hunting if it was only allowed on private property ?

Absolutely positively not! That would be worse than allowing it statewide.

I feel the best way to determine the true desire for Sunday hunting is make it game lands only and must have a $25 special permit. Those truly desiring the change will gladly pay and we can get a true idea. Forcing it on farmers is like asking them to post their land.

Make it public land only. That's where the 10's of 1000's of acres are with nobody hunting after the 1st day.

I agree with that. But, for me, sunday hunting is like beer or paid time off....I'll take it any way I can get it.

I also support Sunday hunting. If it can't be all then property owners should have the right to choose and it should be allowed on state game lands for everyone else that would be a good compromise in my opinion.

I support increased Sunday hunting. I'm with you. If it were allowed only on private, people would soon see how little of a problem it would be and would be extended to all lands. If it were allowed only on public, people would soon see how little of a problem it is and would be extended to all lands. I will take any increase in hunting opportunity for hunters

there isnt enough game for sunday hunting even though i like the idea You can't kill what isn't there...so what's the problem? The only effect Sunday hunting will have is on areas that hold game anyway.

What part you missing? In an area that holds no game Sunday hunting will have no effect. If an area holds game then Sunday hunting will have an effect.

I feel that Sunday hunting WILL eventually come to pass... and as to those that say it will affect their right to peace and quiet it is simply saying NO to those that hunt their land. Simple as that. But to restrict some people that work Monday through Friday that only gives them one day a week to hunt ... I came from Wisconsin and Sunday hunting has been allowed as long as I can remember... and the deer herd there has not been decimated. Actually it has increased simply because with hunters in the field all week long they head for the thickest most secluded spots and stay there. Once the season is over they move out again. I am now retired so I can hunt every single day if I want to but to restrict those that enjoy the sport I feel is unfair. Again the landowner has final say in whether they allow or disallow hunting on their land no matter what day it is. If they say no hunting on Tuesday then so be it. ANY addition to utilizing the outdoors is a step in the right direction for ALL hunters.

I support the Sunday hunting of crows, coyotes, and foxes. why should those animals not get a rest but all game that matters to most should? Simple if you don't want to hunt that day then don't no one is going to hold a gun to your head and make you go.

I support eliminating the olde blue law that people want to keep on the books for their own purposes, and giving the PGC the ability to include Sundays in the hunting seasons if they choose. You can take that to mean anything you like.
Until the purpose of this blue law is changed or it is removed it will always be challanged, and a thorn in our sides.

Give the PGC the decisions, not the scummy legiscritter scum decide what is legal or not. Also, take the antlerless permits away form the counties and let the PGC dole them out.

NO,, there is no biological reason for it , the PGC has often stated that there goal is all about the resource and not about hunter satisfaction , and sunday hunting is only about hunter satisfaction or to give the ME < ME crowd MORE < MORE
