Several weekends ago I recieved the great honor of being awarded the John F. Laudadio Conservation LEadership Award in Harrisburg. It was presented by the Pennsylvania Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs and is awarded to those who display a passion for the environment who have also made efforts and a commitment to the conservation of Pennsylvania.
I highly recommend anyone under 23 years of age to apply. It is a great honor and was a wonderful experience.
Here are some pictures from the great event:

L to R: Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Game Commission Carl Roe, Attorney General and PA Governor Candidate Tom Corbett, Recipient Samantha Pedder, Recipient Me, Executive Director of Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, and Senator Alloway

Samantha and I with two of our great mentors, Janet Nyce and Devin DeMario. Devin is actually a past recipient of the award too.
It has been a tremendous honor and was a very entertaining night.
