What to do with possums

if you whack them. do you just toss them in a ditch and move on as i do or what? If you release them,you will catch them again sometime and they will multiply. Just curious how others deal with them.

I'll keep the large ones but release the little ones. I'll usually carry them 30-40 yards away from the set in hopes they go away.

They're probably worth more than coyotes this year. Maybe coons too. Skin 'em!

skin them, they help pay for the gas. i see about 14 in that one pic, throwing out kits and flat females you should stiil come up with about $10. i dont walk away from that money.

how long to skin them if you got other more valuble animals to skin?

Gee, 2 minutes to skin, 5 minutes to flesh, one minute to board. 8 minutes x $2 = $15 per hour. About 6 gallons of gasoline per hour. 6 gallons x 20 MPG = 180 miles of trapping. Guess what is going to happen to all my grinners this year?
