I heard that the person who was suspect was recently cleared of all wrong doing in this case as well as the other situation of deer hit by vehicle. Boy cried wolf scenario I suppose... hope they find the culprit.

I lived in Cheyenne for 5 years. Love the state, the hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and scenery. DO NOT miss the W-I-N-D!!!! It is flat out BRUTAL. Blows all the time and only gets worse in winter. The sustained 50+mph winds with gusts to 70+ beat me
