No it is not a hybrid just a simple pond raised fish, I think Nipigon strain. Why do you ask?

Going to the Niagara River in April. Need to know how to keep the Fish good until I hit a Taxidermist. Want to put it in an ice chest with ice. Heard that is not good. Nice Mount!!
