Venison with a cranberry and red wine sauce
Venison Steaks Oil for Frying Red wine Cranberries Seasoning Balsamic Vinegar
Fry Steaks in the hot oil until cooked to your specification. Add wine and cranberries and allow to boil stirring the berries into the mixture. Add balsamic vinegar and season to desired taste. Ticken sause if preferred thicker!
Serve with mashed potato seasoned with milk/cream, salt, pepper, butter, Dijon mustard and a bit of white wine vinegar. Also side dishes of sugar snap peas and carrots.
