BARBEQUED RABBIT

2 Rabbits cut up

½ tsp salt

½ cup flour

vegetable oil

Sauce:

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp dry mustard

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup vinegar

1 cup of tomatoe juice

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp oregano

1 tsp salt

¼ cup ketchup

1 diced onion

dash of tobasco

Put rabbit pieces in plastic bag with flour and shake to coat.

Place in frying pan with hot vegetable oil and brown.

Place in roasting pan and pour sauce over rabbit.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 ½ hours

Baste every 20 minutes
