Put beaver tails on broiler pan and broil in oven.

The rough scaly hide will blister and fall off.

Remove hide and place meat in boiling water.

Boil until tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ready to serve

You can also roast beaver tails if you would like them browned.
