Oven-barbecued venison ribs

Yield: 8 servings

2 lbs Venison ribs

Salt & Pepper

2 tbsp Brown sugar

16 oz Tomato sauce

Vegetable oil

2 tbsp Vinegar

1 tsp Prepared mustard


In a 2-qt.

Baking dish or roaster arrange ribs.

Brush lightly with cooking oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Bake at 325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once.

Pour off any juices.

Combine vinegar, brown sugar & mustard with tomato sauce & pour over ribs.

Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
