4 lbs Ground venison
4 lbs Ground pork
2 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Black pepper
3/4 tbsp Mace
1/4 tbsp Nutmeg
1/4 tbsp Cloves
1/2 tbsp All-spice
1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
Procedures
Mix venison and pork together.
Add approx. ½ cup hot water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press.
Add spices and mix well
